- Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided with your return request. 360 degree unboxing parcel video required in case of any damage or wrong or missing item. Issue must be clear in the video without any pauses or editing.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or Personalized Items: Any bedsheets that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications are non-returnable.
- Personal Dislike: No exchange or return or refund on dislike basis.
- Return Process
- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@tanusblissfulbedding.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Include photos & videos if the product is defective or damaged.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection and Approval
- Once we receive your returned bedsheet, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- Important Note: If you receive a package that is torn or damaged due to courier handling, it will not be considered as a product defect.
- If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been processed.
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items only. We will replace the item with the same product, subject to availability.
- Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged bedsheet (not related to courier handling), please contact us immediately with photos & videos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.
